Promoting on Social Media

Promoting your event on various media will help ensure that more people will see the message you are trying to get out to the community.  By utilizing the Town's social media to help promote your event, you could reach thousands of people your network usually wouldn't go to.

Not only will we share your event on our Facebook and IG feeds, but it can also be shared with our stories and show up on the feed shared on our website homepage.

Event Submission Form

  1. **The event contact information provided below may be published in the event advertisement. If you confirm the submitter and event contact are the same person we will use the above information.**

  3. Do you agree to contact information being published?*
  4. Please choose all the other places you would like your event advertised

    If you would like it advertised in The Diamond Newsletter you must submit prior the the 15th of the month prior to your event.

    If you want to submit for the event signs you must use the event sign form found under the event sign tab.

    Until Jan 1, 2023 you must submit to the the Town of Turner Valley for the electronic sign board.

  5. Additional Documentation

    Once your submission has been approved and confirmed, if you have additional documents/pictures you would like to submit, you can do so at the time of approval.  Please review submission guidelines regarding documents for submission.

    Confirmation of your booking is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation from our office.
