Alberta Health Services, in collaboration with The Mental Health Foundation, is proud to offer FREE online REDUCE STIGMA RECEIVE INFORMATION REFLECT ON STRATEGIESprogramming for parents and caregivers of children and youth. Our aim is to increase awareness and reduce stigma of the mental health challenges that children and adolescents experience, provide parents and caregivers with evidence-based mental health information, and provide strategies that support mental wellness.

Virtual Mental Health Education for Caregivers

If you want to access Virtual Informational Sessions you can do so via the newsletters found on the CYF website.

You will find Caregiver Education Evening sessions, Drop in (virtual) series, Lunch & Learn Webinars if you go to register and there is one you are interested in that has already passed, they usually will do it or a similar one again in the next month.
